Registration:
You may place registrations in person, over the phone, by mail or fax! Cash, check or MasterCard/Visa/Discover are all acceptable methods of payment. Payment must be received in FULL when you register in order to reserve a space. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. You may register for multiple terms at one time.

A $37 annual fee PER FAMILY is required to cover the cost of registration processing and insurance.

Credits are only given in the event that Mini-Hops makes the decision to cancel a class or if your child must drop a class due to a serious medical condition (physician’s note required). The annual registration fee is non-refundable.

A waiver & registration form must be completed for each family before any child will be permitted to participate in gym activities. Any parent participating with their child in a class and/or special program must also sign the waiver form in order to take part in the class/program. Please note on this form if your child has any physical, emotional or social special needs of which instructors should be made aware.

The first child in a family will pay the full price for class tuition while each additional sibling will receive 10% off the least expensive tuition. This also applies to children taking multiple classes as well as multiple terms.

Children advance to higher level classes when coaches determine that the age, ability and social behavior requirements for the next level have been met. Typically, students remain in classes for a full year before acquiring all the skills necessary to advance.

Mini-Hops reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule any classes and/or programs due to low enrollment. In cases of bad weather, tune to WCCO 8:30AM for closing announcements.

Each child is permitted ONE make-up class per term. If your child misses a class, you may call the office to schedule a make-up. However, we do not guarantee make-up availability and we will schedule make-ups only in classes that are not full.
