We offer parties for ages 4+
Mini-Hops parties are for children turning 4 and up and last 90-120 minutes in length. This includes 60-90 minutes of gymnastics instruction led by a trained and experienced coach, followed by 30 minutes of party and present-opening.
Prices for MEMBERS
- $185 for 90 minutes: includes 12 children plus birthday child (total of 13)
- $210 for 120 minutes: includes 12 children plus birthday child (total of 13)
- Add $15 for any additional guests
Prices for NON-MEMBERS
- $185 for 90 minutes: includes 10 children plus birthday child (total of 11)
- $210 for 120 minutes: includes 10 children plus birthday child (total of 11)
- Add $15 for any additional guests
When you sign up for a Mini-Hops Birthday Party you can expect the following:
We promise to try to provide a carefree experience for you as the host, and incredible memories that will last a lifetime for your child. Our coaches are all well-trained and desire to be as helpful as possible on the day of the party. Of course you are sure to have questions, so here are some details to help you to be better prepared to host your party at our facility.
Rules:
- The birthday child must be turning 4 at the least, and all guests must be at least 3 ½ yrs old.
- No parents other than those of the birthday child may be in the gym. Other parents may watch the party either from the observation room or the party room.
- At no time before, during, or after the party should any child (whether attending the party as a guest or just accompanying an adult) play on the gym equipment without a coach present.
- A signed contract and deposit of $100 is required to hold your date and time. The remainder of the party cost is due at the end of the party. (This way you are only paying for the guests that show up on the day of the party.)
- There may be additional parties, classes and/or events being held in the gym at the same time as your party.
Mini-Hops Provides:
- A number of trained, experienced, and enthusiastic staff that is proportionate to the number of children that are planning to attend. Our coaches will be there to assist you at all times for the duration of the party!!
- A Party Area with tables, simple table cloths and seating for all guests.
- Present opening time that is facilitated by the coaching staff.
- Mini-Hops has a freezer, refrigerator and microwave available if you need them for the party.
As the host, you are responsible for:
- Arriving NO MORE than 15 minutes prior to the party.
- Providing waivers to each invited guest so that they may be completed and turned in as the guests arrive at the party.
- Additional party decorations – you may choose to bring additional tablecloths and decorations to make the party room more festive. This can be set up both in the 15 minutes before your party begins and also while the guests are beginning their time out in the gym.
- Food – you are welcome to bring any food you like for the guests at your party. If you choose to order pizza we can assist you in placing the order.
- Food Supplies – remember to bring plates, napkins, cups, eating and serving utensils, and matches for the party.
- Cameras/Video Cameras – our coaching staff can assist in setting up a group photo at the end of your party, but we do not provide the cameras. You may take photos and/or video at any time during the party, but please note that only the birthday child’s parents are allowed to be in the gym area while the party is going on.
- Party Favors – Mini-Hops provides each guest with a participation ribbon and a special medal for the birthday child. Any other party favors are your responsibility.
Cancellation Policy:
If the party is cancelled a credit for the deposit may be issued and used at the gym at a later time. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
