Mini-Hops’ Leadership Program for Teens Ages 13+

Mini-Hops’ leadership program is designed to empower tomorrow’s leaders with real-life experience in a world class gym.

Participants will be assisting in instructing children during classes, with special events as well as attending clinics (as available), and meeting with other participants and advisors on a consistent basis.

Applications are accepted throughout the year with interviews for program placement in August & May.

Participants are committed on a quarterly basis but do not need to reapply once they are accepted into the program. Participants are expected to attend weekly meetings as well as actively participate on the coaching floor.

Camps run 8:30-5 M-F and interns choose 1 shift; 8:30 – 1 or 1-5:15.

Preschool Coaches

Progressive Coaches Needed

Mini-Hops is staffed by a committed team of full and part-time employees, as well as numerous volunteers. Progressive coaches work with ages 6+ to master basic gymnastics skills and of course, the life lessons that come with it. Evening and weekend hours available – apply today!

Customer Service Representative

Providing our families with the highest quality of customer service, MHG representatives help families register for classes, are knowledgeable in all things Mini-Hops and do some special projects when needed. Daytime, evening and weekend hours available – apply today!

Girls JO Coach

Our JO girls’ team is expanding and we are seeking a full time, experienced coach to add to our staff. This position requires an enthusiastic team player, strong technical knowledge and a willingness to work as a part of a team of coaches towards our common goals.

Desired qualifications:

  • Must have leadership skills; including the ability to motivate and encourage both athletes and other coaches in a positive manner.
  • Provide support to Program Director to create level specific training plans.
  • Communicating effectively with parents regarding skill progress, practice, etc.
  • Travel to competitions at the local, state and regional levels.
  • Keep up to date on USAG certifications, and level rules/requirements.

Karate Instructor

Experience teaching children is a must have for this position. Mini-Hops Gymnastics is a multi-sport facility that has an expertise in teaching life lessons through sport to children of all ages and abilities. The mental and physical training with the art of combat and gymnastics fit well together.

We are looking for a seasoned proficient to lead and be part of our team. We have space, the clientele, and the vision. We need someone with the karate expertise to build a program with their own curriculum. The current need is once a week on Tuesday’s (with room to grow). This position has an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
