Parties base price include up to 12 guests, each guest is an additional $17 each, up to 24 guests.

 

Turning 1 is So Much Fun!– Age 1 Mini Gym – Parent Child Party – Ages 2 and 3

  • 30 minutes of guided play in the mini gym
  • 30 minutes in the party room
    • All guests will need a parent chaperone in the gym for the duration of the party.
  • 1 hour in the mini gym
  • 15 minutes inflatable and tumble trak

Mini Gym – Independent Party – Ages 4 and 5 Big Gym/Little Gym Combo Party – Turning 5 ONLY
Cost: $300.00 Cost: $300.00
  • 60 minutes guided play in the mini gym
  • 15 minutes inflatable and tumble trak
  • 30 minutes in the party room
    • Any guests ages 1, 2, and 3 will need a parent chaperone in the gym for the duration of the party.
  • 15 minute guided warm up in the big gym
  • 30 minutes in the mini gym
  • 15 minutes in the big gym obstacle course
  • 15 minutes inflatable and tumble trak
  • 30 minutes party room
  • NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 4, if guests are under 4 a mini gym party should be booked.

 

Big Gym Birthday Party! – Ages 6, 7, and 8 Big Gym Birthday Party! – Ages 9, 10, and 11

  • 60 minutes in the big gym
  • 15 minutes inflatable and tumble trak
  • 30 minutes in the party room
  • NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 4.
  • 1 hour 15 minutes in the big gym
  • 30 minutes in the party room
  • No inflatable time unless requested.
  • NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 4.

 

Tween/ Teen Birthday Party! – Ages 12+
Cost: $300
  • 1 hour 15 minutes in the big gym
  • 30 minutes in the party room
  • No inflatable time unless requested.
  • NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 4.

Possible upgrades include:

  • Upgraded Party Favor Bags – $1/bag
  • Open Gym Passes for Guests – $1/pass

  • Younger Sibling Add-On – $35/coach
    • This is a separate charge from the $17/child when you go over the 12 guest max included in each party.

We promise to try to provide a carefree experience for you as the host, and incredible memories that will last a lifetime for your child. Our coaches are all well-trained and desire to be as helpful as possible on the day of the party. Of course, you are sure to have questions, so here are some details to help you to be better prepared to host your party at our facility.

Policies & Rules:

At no time before, during, or after the party should any child (whether attending the party as a guest or just accompanying an adult) play on the gym equipment without a coach present.

A signed contract and deposit of $150 is required to hold your date and time. The remainder of the party cost is due at the end of the party.

You will be contacted by our Birthday Party Coordinator before your party. At that time you will need to provide the final count of children who will be attending and the age range of the party no less than 7 business days before the party.

There will be additional parties, classes and/or events being held in the gym at the same time as your party.

Mini-Hops Provides:

A number of trained, experienced, and enthusiastic staff that is proportionate to the number of children that are planning to attend. Our coaches will be there to assist you at all times for the duration of the party!!

A party area with tables and tableware. Plates, napkins, cups, and forks are provided for all the party children with a few extra. If you have a large group of adults you will need to provide the tableware for them or you could purchase extra through us.

Mini-Hops has a freezer, refrigerator, and microwave available.

We recommend that families take gifts home. Opening gifts tend to take longer than families expect and parties can be rushed to complete gift opening within the allotted time frame.

As the host, you are responsible for:

Arriving NO MORE than 15 minutes prior to the party.

Providing waivers to each invited guest so that they may be completed and turned in as the guests arrive at the party.

Additional party decorations – you may choose to bring additional tablecloths and decorations to make the party room more festive. This can be set while the guests are out in the gym.

Food – you are welcome to bring or order any food you like for the guests at your party.

Cameras/Video Cameras – our coaching staff can assist in setting up a group photo at the end of your party, but we do not provide the cameras. Parents may take photos and/or video from the lobby at any time during the party. Please note that the parents of birthday guests AND the birthday child’s parents are NOT allowed to be in the gym area while the party is going on.

Party Favors – Mini-Hops provides each guest with a party favor bag and a special Birthday T-Shirt for the birthday child. You may add to the provided party favor bags as you wish.

No confetti or glitter, please!

Cancellation Policy:

If the party is canceled at least 14 days in advance, a credit for the deposit may be issued and used at the gym at a later time. If the party is canceled within 14 days of the party, no credit or refund for the birthday party can be made. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
